Shipping Policy

  • 100% Free Shipping: We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on every single order to all 50 U.S. states—no minimum purchase required!
  • Fast 1-Day Handling: We process and pack your order within 1 business day of purchase.
  • Carriers & Delivery: All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way so you can monitor its progress right to your doorstep.

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our natural, collagen, and synthetic casings, as well as our full lineup of sausage-making supplies. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked delivered to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

Due to food safety and hygienic standards for our meat-processing products:

  • Unopened Supplies & Equipment: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Casings: Unopened casing packages in their original sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund. For safety reasons, opened or partially used casings cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@dalagaro.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Package your item securely and send it back to us. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Missing Items?

If your shipment arrives damaged or missing an item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items. We’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund.
